Design Consultancy: We provide expert consultancy to shipyards and clients during the design phase of new ships. This includes optimizing the design for safety, functionality, and cost-efficiency, considering the latest technological advancements and regulatory requirements.

Hull Fabrication: Our in-house team of hull fabricators (supervisor, welder, fitter, cutter, grinder, marker, helper, electrician, safety officer, quality inspector) provide all kind of hull repairs / hull fabrication or block construction.

Supervision During Construction: We oversee the construction process, ensuring that the ship is being built according to the approved design and within the allocated time and budget. This includes managing the shipyard processes, quality control, and compliance with regulations.

We help secure equipment type approval from classification societies and Regulatory bodies ensuring compliance with conventions like SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea), MARPOL (Marine Pollution), and EC Type Marking (Wheel Mark).

We provide services for repair, retrofit and/or replacement of existing marine control panels and marine automation equipments.

Our expert team of Marine engineers, Master mariner’s, Naval architect offers third party inspections as per the requirements of the clients for pre-bid, pre-hire, hull & machinery and other types of inspections.

We have inhouse facility to design and manufacture loadline items such as manhole with covers, entrance hatches with locking arrangement, water tight & weather tight doors, and air pipes. Our equipments are fully approved by the class society.

Our experts provide customized training modules covering various requirements of SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, PSC, IMO, and other upcoming regulations & fuel alternatives.
